Application for Participation

Remarks:

• After receiving your filled application, we will issue you a pro forma invoice - an offer.
• Authors of presentations that will be presented at the conferences are exempted from paying the participation fee
• If a presentation has more than one author, the one who will present at the conferences is exempted from paying the registration fee.
• We kindly aks all participants, regardless of whether they are authors and whether they will be exempt from paying the registration fee, to fill out the application coupon as if they were paying the registration fee. Those who are exempt from paying the registration fee will not be sent a pro forma invoice.

Cancellation and refunds terms and conditions

• Cancellation is possible only in a writen form.

• Cancellation of paid registration fees:
  • for cancellation to 3 days before the conferences the Organizer refunds 100% of the paid amount
  • for cancellation to 1 day before the conferences the Organizer refunds 50% of the paid amount (despite the cancellation, the applicant will be given an access to the Digital Proceedings)

• Cancellation of paid arrangements:
  • for cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the conferences the Organizer retains 40% of the cost of the arrangement
  • for cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 80% of the cost of the arrangement.
• Cancellation of accomodation reservations:
  • Accomodation reservation is valid till the due date stated on the pro forma invoice or invoice. If payment is not made by the specified date, accomodation reservation is cancelled.
  • Cancellation of reservation of accomodation is possible only in written form. In case of non-cancellation, the reservation will be fully charged.
