COST-OPTIMAL ANALYSIS OF THE REFERENCE MULTI-APARTMENT nZEB/ZEB BUILDING IN CROATIA
This paper presents a cost-optimal analysis of a multi-apartment nZEB/ZEB building in continental part of Croatia. The case study focuses on geometry of the national reference multi-apartment building built after 2006, with a net usable heated area of Ak = 954,2 m2. The analysis considers 3 different insulation thicknesses of the building's envelope - 12, 16, and 20 cm which all meet the requirements from the current technical regulation. These three different building physics scenarios are paired with both centralized and localized space heating/cooling and domestic hot water (DHW) technical systems. Analyzed technical systems comprise centralized gas condensing boiler, local combined gas condensing boiler, centralized and local air-to-water heat pump, centralized pellet boiler, centralized chiller and local split and multisplit air conditioning units. Some of these systems are also coupled with solar thermal and photovoltaic systems. Additionally, all configurations are studied in combination with natural and mechanical ventilation, where the latter includes heat recovery. The energy performance calculations follow the procedure outlined in the national Algorithms for the energy performance of buildings calculation. The economic analysis is carried out in accordance with the Regulations 244/2012 and 2012/C 115/01. In total, the study evaluates 16 distinct combinations of technical systems, providing a comprehensive assessment of cost-optimal solutions for multi-apartment nZEB/ZEB buildings in this region.

POREDBENA ISKUSTVA U REGULACIJI TEHNOLOGIJE POLUSAMOVOZEĆIH SUSTAVA U MOTORNIM VOZILIMA
