ENERGY AND EXERGY ANALYSIS OF A DIRECT-EXPANSION SOLAR-ASSISTED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM
This paper presents a theoretical assessment of the energy and exergy performance of a direct- expansion solar-assisted heat pump system for domestic hot water heating, utilizing R134A and R407C refrigerants. The analysis was conducted using meteorological data for a typical year (TMY) from the Zagreb-Maksimir and Split stations, sourced from the Joint Research Center (JRC). In addition to solar radiation, the data includes air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and long-wave radiation. Performance simulations were performed for representative months, January and July. The effects of water storage tank capacity and the working fluid flow rate on compressor power consumption and heat pump COP were analyzed based on radiation data and collector surface area. Additionally, an exergy analysis was conducted, estimating the irreversibilities and exergy efficiencies of the heat pump and its system components.

POREDBENA ISKUSTVA U REGULACIJI TEHNOLOGIJE POLUSAMOVOZEĆIH SUSTAVA U MOTORNIM VOZILIMA
