Cancellation Terms and Conditions
The reservation for Participation Fee and Accomodation is valid until the due date stated on the pro forma invoice or invoice. If payment is not made by the specified date, accomodation reservation is cancelled.
Participation Fee and Accomodation can be cancelled only in writen form.
Cancellation of paid Arrangements (Registration Fees and Accomodation):
- for cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the conferences the Organizer retains 40% of the cost of the arrangement
- for cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the conferences the Organizer retains 80% of the cost of the arrangement
- for cancellation from 3 to 0 days before the conferences the Organizer retains 100% of the cost of the arrangement, i.e. the participant is not entitled to a refund.
